From transportation point of view, it has an ideal position on the crossroad of the main road arteries, specifically the Slovak D2 motorway heading to Budapest in Hungary with connection to motorway M15/M and to Vienna in Austria with connection to motorway A6/A4.

The logistic park is located on the outskirts of the village, in direct vicinity of a shopping centre with direct connection to the Austrian A6 motorway outside the built-up area of the village.
Perspective-wise, this location is intended for development of warehouse premises and premises of light manufacturing, and so far, it has become the location of several company registered seats with a potential of further growth.

The proposed premises, logistic and manufacturing halls will be utilised for storage and production of different ranges of products in the process of light manufacturing, which will be the subject of commercial and other activities of the future user-lessee of the hall.
In the south-western part of the land of Hall 01, there are existing engineering network lines to be used as a source of media for the halls and the whole park. The actual connections of the premises and the infrastructure of the area will be implemented in stages according to the scope and schedule of the logistic park construction.

The plots in question are, from transportation point of view, connected directly from highway 50 and accessible via its own network of roads inside the area.
